Confidentiality must be practised by all staff at all times.
Any suggestions to improve standards of care are welcomed.
Complaints by either residents or relatives must be brought to the attention of the Lead Carer and reported accordingly.
Leisure activities are encouraged such as outings, quiz’s, games , baking, craft ,musical movement and dance entertainers.
Spiritual needs and choices of residents are honoured and promoted.
